Location Report - Front Bedroom as bedroom/office

My group and I decided that for the opening scenes of the sequence should be shot in a bedroom and started to think of different locations we could use. The front bedroom in my house is a medium sized room that has a bed in the middle and large bay windows to let a lot of natural light in.

As the room has large bay windows, a lot of natural light gets into the room and when the artificial lights are turned off, it has the cinematic look we want of loneliness and something unsettling. It is also is easy to access as it is in my house and can be kept from being disturbed to help with continuity. It can also, therefore, be used on multiple occasions for filming as it is a spare room and not in use. The room also is practical for the actors as they both live there.
